  Every member of our workforce is highly experienced in the construction of loft conversions. The main team allocated to your job will led by a Foreman, and from day one he will liase with you to keep you posted regarding the progression of the work. He will be joined by our plumbers, electricians, welders, roofing felters and plasterers, as required at varying stages of the work. The main team is on site principally from start to finish and they will call for the local Authority Building Surveyor at all the required stages of work. All our Foremen start with the Company as apprentices, and have therefore worked their way up the ranks by means of hard work, skill and expertise. This achieves the consistency of high standards that our company requires to maintain its reputation as a leader in this specialised field. We DO NOT employ un-skilled tradesmen. Our plumbers and electricians are sub-contractors, because the nature of our work usually requires more than one of each to competently service each of our sites simultaneously. However, the majority of our workforce ARE NOT sub-contractors, and have been with us for many years.    Our electricians are NIC EIC approved and our plumbers are CORGI registered gas installers. |
