  An Eaved conversion simply means construction entirely within the existing slopes of your roof. Light and ventilation are provided by means of Velux rooflights and a means of escape rooflight is mandatory. If the eaved conversion is large enough sometimes a shower room/bathroom or cloakroom can be incorporated. Some examples of our work:
