All properties are heavy-duty scaffolded to enable our crane firstly to lift the steel beams into position within the roof area, and secondly to lift all the main materials onto the scaffold so that the vast bulk of our work can be undertaken from the outside without disruption to the household. Any area of roof removed to allow continuation of work is carefully weatherproofed, as necessary, to protect your property. In the latter stages of the construction, when the new staircase has to be installed, an area of your existing ceiling will need to be removed. We cover all internal local areas with dustsheets, so that the dirtiest part of the construction is over in a matter of hours.

All materials we use on our work are highly graded. With the exception of certain projects within Conservation Areas all windows, fascias etc are made of UPVC so that there will never be an iota of external maintenance – ever. The windows we install are usually internally double-glazed, in excess of the appropriate Building & Fire regulations concerning light and ventilation.

Suffice to say that, by using the best materials combined with excellent workmanship, we give a full 10-year structural guarantee that means more than just the paper it's written on. "Everyone seems to provide 10-year guarantees". But who can really prove 35 years of aftersales service reliably? We CAN and we DO.
